ELECTRICITY SAFETY (BUSHFIRE MITIGATION) REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 62 OF 2013) - REG 5

In these Regulations—

"Australian/New Zealand Wiring Rules "means AS/NZS 3000, Australian/New Zealand Standard, 'Electrical installations', as published or amended from time to time;

fire danger period means a period declared under section 4 of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958 to be a fire danger period;

"the Act" means the Electricity Safety Act 1998 ;

"total fire ban day" means a day that has been declared to be a day of total fire ban under section 40(1) of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958 .
