Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA supplier who hires or leases prescribed equipment must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the requirements of this Part are brought to the attention of the person who is hiring or leasing the equipment, at the time of the hire or lease.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
