Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsAn environment management plan must include an assessment of the environmental effects and risks of the greenhouse gas sequestration operation that—
(a) identifies and evaluates the environmental effects and risks that may arise directly or indirectly from the normal activities of the operation (including construction where applicable); and
(b) includes an assessment of the risks of potential effects on the environment resulting from reasonably possible activities in relation to the operation, or incidents or events (whether planned or unplanned) that are not normal activities, incidents or events in relation to the operation.
