INFRINGEMENTS (GENERAL) AMENDMENT (LODGEABLE INFRINGEMENT OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2015 (SR NO 166 OF 2015) - REG 8

After item 8A of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations insert —

    " 8AB     Pipelines Act 2005

    8AB.1     Sections 106(b), 107(1), 107(2), 111(a), 111(b), 114(3), 117(b), 118, 120(1), 127, 132, 134, 139 and 179.

    8AB.2     Regulation 19(3) of the Pipelines Regulations 2007.".
