INFRINGEMENTS (GENERAL) (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 173 OF 2006) - REG 4

For item 11 of Schedule 3 to the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 ^[1] substitute —

        "11.     Transport Act 1983

    11.1     Sections 221X(1)(a), 221X(1)(b), 221X(1)(c), 221X(2)(a), 221X(2)(b), 221X(2)(c), 221ZD(1), 221ZD(2), 221ZE(1), 221ZF(a), 221ZG and 221ZH.

    11.2     Regulations 36(4), 37, 38(1), 40(1), 40(2)(a), 40(2)(b), 40(2)(c), 40(2)(f), 42(1), 42(2)(a), 42(2)(b), 42(2)(c) and 42(2)(f) of the Transport (Conduct) Regulations 2005 ^[2] .

    11.3     Regulations 8(3), 8(4), 15(1), 15(2), 17(1), 17(2), 20(3), 26(2), 26(4), 27(3), 28(1), 32(2), 33(2), 41(4), 43(2), 43(3), 43(5), 44(8), 45(3) and 45(6)(b) of the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 2005 ^[3] .
