Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to amend the Local Government (Governance and Integrity) Regulations 2020 —
(a) to update outdated references to the Victorian Inspectorate and the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 following the commencement of Division 2 of Part 12 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Integrity, Defamation and Other Matters) Act 2024 ; and
(b) to update the prescribed form for a confidentiality notice to reflect the establishment of the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission under the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Act 2024 .
