Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies if the returning officer receives notice that an enrolled voter has died or is no longer entitled to be enrolled as a voter by virtue of section 48(2)(d) of the Constitution Act 1975 .
(2) If the returning officer receives a notice under sub-regulation (1) before a postal ballot envelope is posted or delivered to the voter, the returning officer must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a postal ballot envelope is not posted or delivered to the voter.
(3) If the returning officer receives notice under sub-regulation (1) and a postal ballot envelope has been sent to the voter, the returning officer must ensure that any returned declaration envelope bearing the voter's name is disallowed.
