Application for grant or renewal of local practising certificate

r. 2.4.1

For the purposes of section 2.4.8(8) of the Act, the period of 6 months commencing with the start of the financial year concerned is prescribed as the period at the end of which the exemption provided by section 2.4.8(6)(a) of the Act ceases to operate.
