LEGAL PROFESSION REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 152 OF 2005) - REG 3.3.49
Statutory declaration if trust money not held
r. 3.3.49
The prescribed form of statutory declaration for the purposes of
section 3.3.54(3) of the Act is—
(a) Form A1 for a law practice;
(b) Form A2 for an approved clerk.
