Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) These Rules constitute Chapter II of the Rules of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria and are entitled the Magistrates' Court (Miscellaneous Civil Proceedings) Rules 2020 .
(2) The object of these Rules is to further provide for rules of civil procedure in the Magistrates' Court.
