MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE (TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS AMENDMENT) RULES 2012 (SR NO 110 OF 2012) - REG 1

The object of these Rules is to amend Chapter I of the Rules of the Magistrates' Court to provide for procedures in relation to civil proceedings to which the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act 2010 of the Commonwealth applies.
