Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to prescribe further provisions of the Electricity Safety Act 1998 and further regulations under that Act as provisions under which infringement notices may be issued in order that the enforcement procedure under Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 may be used.
