Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) An applicant for appointment by the Board must provide the Board with any necessary authority for the Board to conduct a criminal record search and any other enquiries about the applicant that are relevant to the applicant's suitability for appointment.
(2) An applicant for appointment as an employee of the Board must satisfy a medical officer approved by the Board of the applicant's fitness for service in the role for which the application is made.
