Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of Part 12 of the Act, an offence set out in column 2 of an item in Schedule 6 is prescribed as an infringement offence.
(2) For the purposes of section 106(3) of the Act,
an infringement penalty specified in column 3 of an item in Schedule 6 is
prescribed in respect of the infringement offence specified in column 2 of the
corresponding item.
