OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 153 OF 2011) - REG 368

An order issued by the Safety Authority under clause 45 of Schedule 7 to the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 that is in force immediately before 1 January 2012, exempting a person from one or more of the provisions of Part 3 of that Schedule, is taken—

        (a)     to be an order under clause 52 of Schedule 3 to the Act; and

        (b)     to remain subject to any conditions or time limitations to which the order was subject.
