Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies if immediately before the commencement day there is in force an arrangement under section 134(4), 134A(4) or 134D(4) of the Act to which VicRoads is a party.
(2) On the commencement day, the Secretary becomes a party to the arrangement in place of VicRoads and the arrangement continues in force on and after that day as if the Secretary had always been a party to the arrangement.
