ROAD MANAGEMENT (TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019) TRANSITIONAL REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 152 OF 2019) - REG 28

    (1)     This regulation applies if immediately before the commencement day VicRoads is a committee of management under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 of an area of Crown land which is—

        (a)     adjacent to any arterial road; and

        (b)     reserved under section 4 of that Act.

    (2)     On the commencement day, the Head, Transport for Victoria is taken to be the committee of management of that land under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 .
