ROAD MANAGEMENT (TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019) TRANSITIONAL REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 152 OF 2019) - REG 29

    (1)     A notice given to VicRoads under clause 7 of Schedule 7 to the Act before the commencement day is taken, on that day, to have been given to the Head, Transport for Victoria.

    (2)     A notification of the completion of works given to VicRoads under clause 13 of Schedule 7 to the Act before the commencement day is taken, on that day, to be a notification given to the Head, Transport for Victoria.
