ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AND (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 24 OF 2016) - REG 1

Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are—

        (a)     to amend the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 and the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 as a consequence of the enactment of the Road Legislation Amendment Act 2016 ; and

        (b)     to amend the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 to provide for the time to appeal a decision of the Corporation to disqualify a person or a driver.
