ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES), (DRIVERS) AND (GENERAL) AMENDMENT (HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW) REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 150 OF 2013) - REG 13

In regulation 48 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009—

        (a)     in subregulation (1)(d) for "figures 5 and 6" substitute "figure 5";

        (b)     for Figure 5 substitute —

'

Figure 5:     Number plates must be clearly visible from 20 metres at all points within the shaded arcs marked "A".';

        (c)     Figure 6 is revoked .
