    (1)     In clause 4(2) of Schedule 2 to the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 omit "(except the essential diagram in clause 165 of this Schedule)".

    (2)     The note at the foot of clause 4 of Schedule 2 to the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 is revoked .
