ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT (ELECTRIC PERSONAL TRANSPORTERS TRIAL) REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 99 OF 2016) - REG 4

    (1)     In column 4 of item 257 of Schedule 7 to the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 ^[1] , for "152(1)" substitute "152(1), 244K(1), 244L(1), 244M(1)".

    (2)     After item 324 of Schedule 7 to the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 insert —

"Electric personal transporters
325	2979	Travel on a road or road related area other than as part of an electric personal transporter tour	RR 244D	0∙75 penalty unit
326	2980	Travel on a road or road related area that is not an electric personal transporter route or in an electric personal transporter use area	RR 244E	0∙75 penalty unit
