ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 201 OF 2014) - REG 12

Power to impound false certificate of roadworthiness

    (1)     In regulation 232(1) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "member of the police force" substitute "police officer";

        (b)     for "officer or member" substitute "authorised officer or police officer".

    (2)     In regulation 232(3) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "member of the police force" substitute "police officer";

        (b)     for "Corporation or the police force" substitute "Corporation or Victoria Police".
