ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 201 OF 2014) - REG 17

In clause 3 of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     in the note at the foot of the definition of British Standard , for "Standards Association of Australia" substitute "Standards Australia";

        (b)     in paragraph (b)(ii) of the definition of emergency vehicle , for "Sustainability and Environment" substitute "Environment and Primary Industries";

        (c)     in the definition of "police vehicle", for "member of the police force" substitute "police officer".
