Measurement of stationary noise levels

In clause 153 of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations, for "regulation 10(6) of the Environment Protection (Vehicle Emissions) Regulations 2003" substitute "regulation 14 of the Environment Protection (Vehicle Emissions) Regulations 2013".
