ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (WRITTEN-OFF VEHICLES) REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 176 OF 2013) - REG 3

    (1)     These Regulations (except regulation 5 and regulation 6) come into operation on the day on which they are made.

    (2)     Regulation 5 comes into operation on the day on which section 17 of the Road Legislation Amendment (Use and Disclosure of Information and Other Matters) Act 2013 comes into operation.

    (3)     Regulation 6 comes into operation on the day on which Part 2 of the Road Legislation Amendment (Use and Disclosure of Information and Other Matters) Act 2013 comes into operation.
