Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA rail transport operator must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that a rail safety worker who is employed or engaged by the rail transport operator, or a rail contractor who supplies railway operations to that rail transport operator, is of sufficient good health and fitness to carry out that rail safety work.
