Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) An eligible person may apply to the Corporation for the assignment of a general identification mark to the person.
(2) An application under subregulation (1) must—
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) for a general identification mark relating to motor vehicles, be accompanied by any transport accident charge payable under the Transport Accident Act 1986 in respect of each trade plate for the period specified in the application.
