Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsDespite the revocation of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 1999, an
arrangement entered into by the Corporation with a person engaged in the sale,
distribution or management of vehicles under which the Corporation has agreed
to delegate to that person or specified employees of that person specified
powers of the Corporation in relation to the registration of vehicles
continues to be in force until the expiry of that arrangement unless
terminated earlier by the Corporation.
