ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES AMENDMENT RULES 2025 (SR NO 21 OF 2025) - REG 12

Using fog lights

In rule 217(2) of the Principal Rules—

        (a)     in the definition of "front fog light", for "Schedule 2 to the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009" substitute " regulation 5 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2021";

        (b)     in the definition of "rear fog light", for "Schedule 2 to the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009" substitute " regulation 5 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2021".
