ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES AMENDMENT RULES 2025 (SR NO 21 OF 2025) - REG 17

In the dictionary to the Principal Rules—

        (a)     in paragraph (b) of the definition of authorised person —

              (i)     for "Department of Transport" substitute "Department of Transport and Planning";

              (ii)     for "the CPVC" substitute "Safe Transport Victoria";

        (b)     in paragraph (d)(i) of the definition of emergency vehicle , for "Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning" substitute "Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action";

        (c)     in the definition of enforcement vehicle —
