ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) (HEAVY VEHICLE FEES) REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 176 OF 2006) - REG 6

In regulation 235(1) of the Principal Regulations after "that Part" insert "and, in relation to a fee payable on or after 1 March 2007 and before 1 July 2007, is that fee increased by 2·7% (rounded up or down to the nearest whole dollar amount, rounding an amount of 50 cents upwards)".
