RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES (CARAVAN PARKS AND MOVABLE DWELLINGS REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS) FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (SR NO 150 OF 2010) - REG 3

For regulation 14(3) of the Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Movable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Regulations 2010 ^[1] substitute —

    "(3)     Renewal of registration of a caravan park takes effect on the day specified in the certificate granted under regulation 13(5).

    (4)     Renewal of registration of a caravan park expires—

        (a)     if the renewal of registration takes effect before 1 July, on 31 December in the year that is 2 years after the year in which it takes effect; and

        (b)     if the renewal of registration takes effect on or after 1 July, on 31 December in the year that is 3 years after the year in which it takes effect.".
