SUPREME COURT (ADOPTION) RULES 2015 (SR NO 102 OF 2015) - REG 14

All affidavits and documents in respect of any application under the Act shall be filed at the time of the issue of the summons or thereafter, as the occasion may require—

        (a)     where the application is being made to the Supreme Court—in the office of the Prothonotary; and

        (b)     where the application is being made to the County Court—in the office of the Registrar of the County Court.
