Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) If an application under section 44(5A) of the Act for the cancellation or alteration of a scheme of development was made in the form prescribed by regulation 39D(1) of the Subdivision (Procedures) Regulations 2000 as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations, for the purposes of these Regulations that application is taken to have been made in the form prescribed by regulation 25(1).
(2) If an application under section 44(5B) of the Act for the cancellation or alteration of a scheme of development was made in the form prescribed by regulation 39D(2) of the Subdivision (Procedures) Regulations 2000 as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations, for the purposes of these Regulations that application is taken to have been made in the form prescribed by regulation 25(2).
