TOBACCO (VICTORIAN HEALTH PROMOTION FOUNDATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2023 (SR NO 62 OF 2023) - REG 4

Appointment of members of Foundation

    (1)     In regulation 5(1)(b)(ii) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 [1] , for "Ms Catherine Harding" substitute "Ms Rayoni Nelson".

    (2)     For regulation 5(6) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2020 substitute —

    "(6)         The appointment referred to in subregulation (1)(b)(ii) is for the period commencing on 1 July 2023 and ending on 30 June 2028.".
