TRANSFER OF LAND (FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 56 OF 2008) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004 to increase certain fees and amounts payable to the Registrar under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 .
