TRANSPORT (INFRINGEMENTS) (PENALTIES) REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 20 OF 2007) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 to make further provision for the operation of the graduated penalties scheme in respect of ticket and transport infringements.
