1. General Information
The Consumer Affairs (Product Safety) (Children's Toys) Regulations 1998, S.R. No. 2/1998 were made on 20 January 1998 by the Governor in Council under sections 59, 60, 61A and 69 of the Consumer Affairs Act 1972, No. 8276 and came into operation on 20 January 1998.
The Consumer Affairs (Product Safety) (Children's Toys) Regulations 1998 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 20 January 2008 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).

There are no amendments made to the Consumer Affairs (Product Safety) (Children's Toys) Regulations 1998 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
