Children and Young Persons (Children's Court) Regulations 2001 - SECT 1

Objectives

1. Objectives

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe-

   (a)  forms for use in the Children's Court; and

   (b)  the manner of supplying certain information for the purposes of
        section 35(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1989;

   (c)  regions for the purposes of sections 129(4)(b), 130 and 163(2)(a) of
        the Act; and

   (d)  various other matters required or authorised to be prescribed for the
        purposes of the Act.
