1. General Information
The Commonwealth Games Arrangements Regulations 2005, S.R. No. 84/2005 were made on 5 July 2005 by the Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council under section 57 of the Commonwealth Games Arrangements Act 2001, No. 57/2001 and came into operation on 5 July 2005.
The Commonwealth Games Arrangements Regulations 2005 will sunset on 31 December 2006: regulation 8.

2. Table of Amendments
There are no amendments made to the Commonwealth Games Arrangements Regulations 2005 by Statutory Rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
