No. 19/1999 were made on 23 February 1999 by the Governor in Council under section 102(1A) and (1B) of the Gas Industry Act 1994, No. 112/1994 and came into operation on 1 March 1999: regulation 3. The Gas Industry (MSO Rules) Regulations 1999 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 23 February 2009 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994). 2.
