14. Fee-evaluation of a gaming machine type or game

Under section 69(1) of the Act, the fee for evaluation of a gaming machine
type or game is $198. ---------------

ENDNOTES 1. General Information The Gaming Machine Control (Fees) Regulations
2002, S.R. No. 23/2002 were made on 9 April 2002 by the Lieutenant-Governor as
the Governors Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council under section
159 of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991, No. 53/1991 and came into
operation on 13 April 2002: regulation 3. The Gaming Machine Control (Fees)
Regulations 2002 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 9 April 2012
(see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994). 2. Table of
Amendments There are no amendments made to the Gaming Machine Control (Fees)
Regulations 2002 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts. 3.
