Identification of a lead-risk job221. Identification of a lead-risk job (1) The employer must identify any process likely to be a lead-risk job, having regard to the followingū (a) any risk assessment undertaken under regulation 207; (b) past blood lead levels of employees; (c) whether the airborne lead level is greater than half the exposure standard. (2) Identification of a lead-risk job under this regulation must be undertaken without regard to the use of respiratory protection to control exposure.
