No. 90/2000 were made on 26 September 2000 by the Governor in Council under section 47 of the Pipelines Act 1967, No. 7541/1967 and came into operation on 26 September 2000. The Pipelines Regulations 2000 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 26 September 2010 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994). 2.
