Definitions


4. Definitions

In these Regulations-

"municipal council" has the same meaning as "council" in the
Local Government Act 1989;

"the Act" means the Road Management Act 2004;

"VicRoads' property" means any land or premises which is owned or occupied by
VicRoads but does not include a road. __________________
