An Act to amend the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Act 1978.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1 1. Short title
2 This is the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Amendment
3 Act 2025.
4 2. Commencement
5 This Act comes into operation as follows --
6 (a) sections 1 and 2 -- on the day on which this Act
7 receives the Royal Assent (assent day);
8 (b) sections 3, 5(4), 7(2), 9 to 12, 14 and 15 -- on the day
9 after assent day;
10 (c) the rest of the Act -- on a day fixed by proclamation.

12 This Act amends the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas)
13 Act 1978.

15 (1) Delete section 28A(1)(b).
