Supply Bill 2021
A Bill for
An Act to apply out of the Consolidated Account the amount of
$15 108 098 500 for the services and purposes of the year ending
30 June 2022.
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1 1. Short title
2 This is the Supply Act 2021.
3 2. Commencement
4 This Act comes into operation as follows --
5 (a) sections 1 and 2 -- on the day on which this Act
6 receives the Royal Assent;
7 (b) the rest of the Act -- on 1 July 2021.
8 3. Issue and application of money
9 (1) There is to be issued and may be applied out of the
10 Consolidated Account as supply granted for the year beginning
11 on 1 July 2021 and ending on 30 June 2022 the following
12 amounts --
13 (a) for recurrent services -- $12 693 673 500;
14 (b) for capital purposes -- $2 414 425 000.
15 (2) The Treasurer is empowered to issue and authorised to apply the
16 money granted by subsection (1).
17 4. Amounts to be available for services and purposes voted by
18 Legislative Assembly
19 The amounts referred to in section 3(1) are to be available to
20 satisfy the warrants under the hand of the Governor, given under
21 the law now in force, for any services and purposes voted by the
22 Legislative Assembly during the year beginning on 1 July 2021
23 and ending on 30 June 2022.
