Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts This Part sets out a
scheme under which a former member is entitled to compensation if —
(a) the
former member ceased to hold office as a member because they were retired on
medical grounds under Part IIC; and
(b) the
Police Commissioner’s decision that the former member should be retired
on medical grounds was attributable to a medical condition related to their
work as a member.
