Other notes

1         Under the Land Administration Act 1997 s. 281(3) a reference in a written law to the Land Act 1933 is, unless the contrary intention appears, to be construed as if that reference were a reference to the Land Administration Act 1997 .

2         Under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 s. 112(1), a reference to the Public Service Act 1978 is to be read as a reference to the Public Sector Management Act 1994 . The reference was changed under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(3)(g).

3         Now known as the Parks and Reserves Act 1895 ; short title changed (see note under s. 1).

4         The Parks and Reserves Amendment Act 1983 s. 4(2) is a transitional provision that is of no further effect.
